Being Duly Sworn on his Solemn oath Deposesth [sic]
And says that John J Baker is not to this apponeent [sic]
Knowledge of Belief resident at this time in the State of
New Jersey and that he owe this opponent the sum of one
Hundred Dollars as nearly as this [Dehonent] can as
certain [sic] Sworn and Subscribed Before me this twen-
