Issued A Summons In the Above Case returnable before me on the [illegible] day of February  eighteen hundred and sixty six at two o’clock in the afternoon February the fifth eighteen hundred and sixty six returned the within served on the wife of the defendant by reading and leaving a coppy [copy] with him H Shaw Constable  February the tenth the party met and the defendant confessed judgement  for the amount of the note which was thirty nine dollars and thirty cents  the defendant given full  hold surety Simon Hanthron and execution for three months
Judgement in favor of Charles Garrison
June the second issued executioin a of $39.30 against John Steelman and Simon Hanthorn  for the amount of the judgement cost
