Issued A Sommons [sic] in the
Above Case Returnable Before me on the thir-
-teenth [sic] Day of April eighteenhundred [sic] and
Sixty Seven at two oclock [sic] in the afternoon
April the Sixth eighteen and Sixty Seven
Return the within Servd [sic] on the mother of
the Defendant at his resident By redin [sic] and
leving [sic] A copy with hir [sic] H Shaw Constable

the party met and at two oclock [sic] went
into the trial George Henry witne [sic] for plan-
-tif Sworn that the Defendant
Anson Albertson on the twenty forrrth [sic]
March 1967 eighteenhundred [sic] and Six-
-ty Seven Did Brake the Saboth [sic] By [kekh-
-ing] muskrats whitch [sic] I fined him one
Dolar [sic] and Cost of Suit
Judgment $1.00
Justice Cost $1.39
Constable Cost $4.40 paid
Anson Albertson Sworn Against
George Henry that they was [pardners]
in breakin [sic] up muskrats on the Same
Sunday the twenty forth Day of March
1867 and I finded [sic] one dollar no Cost of
Suit $1.00
