April 9
Issued A Sommons [sic] in the
Above Case Returnable Before me on the twentieth
Day of April eighteen hundred [sic] and Sixty Seven
At two oclock [sic] in the after noon April the 12 1867 I
return the within Sarved [sic] on the Defendant By
reding [sic] and Leaving A Coppy [sic] with him H Shaw
Constable April the twentyeth [sic] the plantiff [sic] appear
and filed his State of Demand and the Defend-
-dant [sic] not appeared But Sent By Constable H
Shaw to put the trial two weeks whitch [sic] I
did witch [sic] Brings it to forth of may eighteen hun-
-dred [sic] and Sixty Seven the plantiff [sic] met at 2
oclock The Defendant not appeared and
the suit went on William Campbell
Sworn to the State of Demand to Be true
to the Best of his knowledge and Belief
And I gave Judgment Against the Defendant
Archable Campbell [fun] for sixteen
Dollars and eighty Seven Cents with Cost
of Suit
