Issued A Summons [sic] in the
Above Case Returnable Before me on the twen-
-ty third Day of March eighteenhundred [sic] and
Sixty Seven at two oclock [sic] in the after noon
Constable return Served the within March the
eighteenth eighteenhundred [sic] and Sixty Seven
on Said Edmond W Applegate By Reading it
to him and Leaving A Coppy [sic] of the Same
