It involves: Defining your goals: What do you want your business to achieve? Understanding your market: Who are your customers, and what are their needs? Crafting your strategy: How will you reach your target audience and achieve your goals? Building your team: Who will help you run the business? Forecasting your finances: How much money will you need, and how will you make it? Join the SBDC at the library for a 3 hour event exploring Business Planning 101.
