Join Laura Rubino, founder of Higher Minds, for engaging and interactive Yoga & Mindfulness classes designed to help children build focus, confidence, and emotional resilience. Each session blends yoga postures, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, character education, and mindful activities through games, songs, and movement.

These sessions will give kids practical tools to breathe, move, and reset—all while having fun!
