Internet and E-Mail Basics
Open to ages 18+. Registration required and begins 2 weeks before each session. Space is limited. Participants must be experienced using the mouse and keyboard and should have an e-mail account and password. Learn about browsers, beginning web searching and web safety as well as to effectively use e-mail to keep in touch with family and friends. You will learn how to create messages, attach files and organize your e-mail.

Open to adults and teens 14+. Registration and $5 fee required for each session. Presented by Janet Hahn, certified instructor. No food 3 hours prior to class. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel.

Eye Health Series: How Technology Affects Our Eyes

Dr. Sara Shissias of Horizon Eye Care will be speaking about how technology can impact the eye in negative ways (and how to protect your eyes) and also how technology can bring positive advancement for our eyes.This talk is relevant to anyone who uses technology on a regular basis, regardless of age.
Dr. Sara Shissias graduated from SUNY, Binghamton with a Bachelors of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. After completing her degree, she entered the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2010.
