- When you arrive, call the branch to let them know you have arrived for pickup.
- If you do not have a cell phone, call before you leave your house with an estimated time of arrival.
- Staff will verify your name and barcode and check the items out to you. (TIP: Download the ACLS Mobile App and have your card always available digitally.)
- Items will be placed on a designated outside table or cart.
- Your due dates will be on the receipt. Items can be returned in any ACLS Branch book drop.
- Please follow the same mask and social distancing guidelines as recommended for all in-person branch visits.
