- Place your holds via our online catalog and mobile app anytime or by calling your local branch from 9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday.
- Select which ACLS Branch you wish to pick up the hold.
- When your hold request is filled, staff will call or email you to let you know your item(s) are available.
- Schedule a pickup time from 10:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Exceptions may be made for inclement weather.
