The Atlantic County Library Reference Center offers access to 54 Subscription Databases with access to current journal, magazine, and newspaper articles and online encyclopedias.
Historical Resources
Historical Resources is a digitized archive of South Jersey newspapers, immigration records, and Civil War records. This collection also includes images of Wills and Letters of Administration from the Atlantic County Clerks office that predate the Civil War.
Jerseycat
JerseyCat is New Jersey’s statewide virtual catalog and interlibrary loan system. It is provided to member libraries within New Jersey by the New Jersey State Library and the Regional Library Cooperatives. You may request books, CDs, DVDs, videos and audio books using this service.
Magazine and Newspapers

Mango Languages
Mango is an online language-learning system that teaches actual conversation skills for dozens of languages, with more being added all the time. This includes several English as a Second Language courses designed for native language speakers.
Reference Center
The Atlantic County Reference Center's collection includes reference books, encyclopedias, directories, magazines, journals and newspapers. The reference center also has the New York Times newspaper on microfilm from 1851, and the Atlantic City Press newspaper on microfilm from 1981.
