Issued a Sommons [sic] in [trover]
Conversion the A Bove [sic] Case returnable Before
Me on the thirteenth Day of January At two
Oclock [sic] in the After noon Hesebiah Shaw Con-
Stable the within Servd [sic] on the Defendant by 
Reading it to him and Leaving A Coppy [sic]
