Issued Sommons [sic] in the A Bove [sic] case Return 
Able Before me on the thirteenth Day of May
At two oclock [sic] In the Afternoon
May the Sixth 1865 I return the within 
Served on the Defendant wife at his resi-
-dance[sic]  By needing And Leving [sic] a Coppy [sic] 
with [Hir] H Shaw Constable

May 13th

May the 13 1865 The Plantiff Fild [sic] his Stat 
of Demand And [Fineed] to [Complimise] the matter 
And Did so the Defendant to pay the Plantif [sic]
Nine Dollars And thin Seven Cents And 
half And Cos of one Dollar And Nin 
Nine Cents

June 9th

June the ninth eighteen Sixty five 
then issued execution Against the Defendant 
for nine Dollars and thirt [sic]  Seven and half Cent 
And one Dollar And ninty [sic] nine Cents Cost
Cost of execution one Dollar twenty four Cents
