December the twen-
-ty [sic] eight one thousand eight hundred and Sixty
Seven thes [sic] Said parties Appeared Before me
and Agreed that this action Be entered with
out process plantiffs [sic] filed an affidavit pur-
-Suant [sic] to the Supplement to the act entitled an
act Directing the mode of entering Judgements
upon [Bonels] and the Defendant Confessed
Judgements to the plantiffs [sic] for the Sum of
twenty Six Dollars and Sixty Cents [Bing] A
Note of hand given to plantiffs [sic] March th [sic]
Sixteenth 1866 Where upon I gave Judg-
-ment [sic] that the plantiffs recover Against
the Defendant the Sum of twent [sic] Six Dol-
-lars [sic] and Sixty Cents Dept [sic] and fifty Cent
Cost
