Fiero Code Mythology Competition
Open to ages 7-18. Registration required. Fiero Code Club is a self-paced, learn-to-code software for kids. Through gamified projects and tutorials, kids can learn a variety of coding skills. Sign in with library card number and PIN, create a Fiero account and code to victory for free. Learn how to build games, apps, animations, websites, and more. Mythology Competition 2023 runs from October 5-November 30.

Self-Care for the Caregiver
Open to adults. Registration required. Caregiving is a great act of
love...and also can be a challenge. Caring for yourself is one of the
most important, and most often forgotten, things you can do as a
caregiver. This one-hour presentation focuses on the importance of
self-care for the caregiver and will offer tips and strategies on how to
practice self-care as you care for others. Presented by the Cape
Atlantic Caregivers Coalition. All programs are subject to change or

Dinosaurs!
Open to ages 5 to 10. Registration is required. It's dinosaur day the Pleasantville branch! Come and learn about dinosaurs with paleontologist Dr. Matthew Bonnan. Dr. Bonnan will bring fossils, draw dinosaurs, and answer all of your dinosaur questions.

Knights of the Square Table Chess Club

If you have any interest in playing chess, this club is for you! Members will not only be able to interact with one another through learning the game, but will be able to coach each other into becoming better chess players. Drop-In Lego Playtime
Open to all ages. Drop by the children's area to make your own Lego creations. This is a self-guided activity. Ask for Legos at the front desk. Please remember to clean them up when you're done! Guardians must remain with children aged 9 and under during the event.
Crafting Social Hour
Open to teens and adults. Registration requested. Do you like to chat with others while crafting? Bring your projects with you, (knit, crochet, cross-stitch, embroider, stencil, jewelry-making, etc.) and pass your creative time with new friends .Join us each month while working on individual projects.
