Self-Care for the Caregiver

Open to adults. Registration required. Caregiving is a great act of love...and also can be a great challenge. Caring for yourself is one of the most important--and most often forgotten--things you can do as a caregiver. This one-presentation focuses on the importance of self-care for the caregiver and will offer tips and strategies on how to practice self-care as you care for others. Presented by the Cape Atlantic Caregivers Coalition.

Lego Club

Open to children ages 5 and up. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. LEGO club encourages children to learn while having fun! Creativity, problem solving, and teamwork are some of the skills that LEGOs can teach children. Join us every Thursday to complete a LEGO building challenge.
LEGOs and snacks will be provided.Guardians must remain with children age 9 and under.
