met the Plaintiff filed  his State
of Demand the Defendant ready for trial
the plaintiff  Crave A Six men Jury granted

Jury Sworn then went into the trial John

Seen Sworn in the Behalf of Plaintiff  James

in Behalf of Defendant after hearing
Witnesses Submitted the Case to the Jury
And Swore the Constable and after half
our  the Jury Came in with no Cause  of
action and the Cos fell  on the Plaintiff
of five Dollars and thirty Cents
which  he paid             $5.30
