In [treshofs] Demand Twenty Dollars the
Plantiff [sic] having Filed the required
Issued A warrant In the bove [sic] Case
Returnable Before me forth with Hesebiah 
Shaw Constable returned the warrant
By the Defendant entering into recog
nisance [sic] with John Godfrey A Shurity 
For his Appearance Before me on the
Eight Day of April ensuing At two
Oclock [sic] In the Afternoon [Answerding]
To Said Complaint

On the eight 

Party Appeared the Plantiff[sic]  Filed 
His State of Demand the Defenant [sic]
Crave An onsuit [sic] upon the Discrepency [sic]
of the process And filing I therefore
After examining Said State of 
Demand gave Judgment of nonsuit 
where oppon [sic] the plantiff [sic] Paid the 
Cost of Suit
