Meeting rooms in the Atlantic County Library System provide an opportunity for bringing together resources of Atlantic County Government and the activities of the community. When these rooms are not used for library functions, we make them available for use by non-profit groups holding meetings of a civic, cultural, or educational nature.
If you are interested in reserving one of our meeting rooms, you MUST review and agree to the Meeting Rooms Policy & Regulations.
- The Meeting Room Application must be mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered to the branch at which you wish to reserve the meeting room. It cannot be submitted online.
- If you prefer, you can complete the form online prior to printing. However, you must print the form so you can sign it. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.
- This form must be reviewed and approved by the library before you should consider the meeting room reserved. Please review the following statement carefully:
