April the tenth eighteen hundred and Sixty
nine the plaintiff met at two o’clock and
fild his State of Demand and ready for
trial I waited till half past two the Defen-
-dant Did not appear and went in to the
trial the plaintiff was Sworn and Stated
that the A mount filed in the State of Dema-
-nd [Jest] and true for which I gave Judg-
-ment for fifteen Dollars and forty Cents
with Cost of Suit Cost two Dollars an twenty
