bove  Case returnable Before me on the nin-
-teenth   Instant at two o’clock  in the after
noon December the nineteenth  eighteen hundred
Sixty eight return the within Served  on
the Defendant by reading  and leaving  A
Copy  H Shaw Constable the plaintiff
filed  his State of Demand I adjourn  the
trial two weeks January the Second
eighteen hundred  and Sixty nine the
plaintiff  appeared at two o’clock  ready
for trial I waited  till three o’clock  and
the Defendant Did not appear there
went in to the trial the plaintiff Sworn
to his account of Fifteen Dollars and forty
five Cents for which  I gave Judgment
for with Cost of two Dollars and eighty
Cents Judgment Default     15.45
            Cost     2.80
