Issued A Sommons [sic] in the A
Bove [sic] case returnable Before me on the tenth Day
of February eighteen hundred and Sixty Six
at two oclock [sic] in the after noon February the fifth

By reading and Leaving A Coppy [sic] within H Shaw
Constable February the tenth the party met at two
