“NJ250: Living Documents, Evolving Rights” Digital Exhibition
As the United States commemorates its 250th anniversary, the New Jersey State Library is inviting the public to look at history through a Jersey lens. Their newly debuted digital exhibition, “NJ250: Living Documents, Evolving Rights,” explores the intricate history of the state’s governance and individual liberties.
New Jersey has been guided by three different constitutions—ratified in 1776, 1844, and 1947.
