Thanks to our Veterans

Several branches of the Atlantic County Library System gave patrons the chance to say thank you to our nation's veterans. Patrons made cards and wrote letters which are being distributed locally to VFW and American Legion posts. Some of the cards are displayed here.

All aged 9, all of Brigantine. These scouts from Webelos Pack 23 of Brigantine made a wide variety of heartfelt thank-you cards for our local vets.

At the Galloway branch, nearly 40 cards were made by patrons. The cards were sent to American Legion Post 28 (Absecon, NJ), VFW Post 9462 (Absecon, NJ), and the VA Clinic NJ Veterans Memorial Home (Vineland, NJ.)
