Axis360 e-Books

Axis360 is a digital resource that now brings you even more e-book titles with your valid Atlantic County Library System card number and PIN. In addition, Axis360 offers the Blio reading option which provides for an interactive e-reading experience, like text-to-speech technology, that makes both adult and children’s e-books come alive.

Because many of the e-books in the Atlantic County Library System's Axis360 collection give you the choice of checking the titles out in the Blio, EPUB or PDF format, be aware which version of the e-book you are choosing so that you have the correct program/app to read it on. Library card holders are allowed to check out up to eight e-books at a time.

To read Blio formatted books you will need to have…

  • An Axis360 Blio account 
  • A Blio e-reader program or app which can be downloaded for free from your mobile devices app store.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, there are NO Blio Apps available for Kindle Paperwhite or other Kindle non-tablet e-readers, Nook, Sony e-Reader or Kobe e-Reader. However, you can checkout and read EPUB and PDF ebooks through Axis360 on these devices.

To read EPUB and PDF formatted ebooks you will need to have…

  • An Adobe username and password.
  • Adobe Digital Editions or an e-reading program/app such as Overdrive Media Console which can be downloaded for free from your mobile device's app store.
